Dr. Larimore's wide-ranging leadership experience also includes her tenure as the health supervisor at Providence Healthcare from 2014 to 2016 and at Pioneer Memorial Hospital from 2013 to 2016, where she promoted high standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements. From 2011 to 2013, she was the nurse manager at St. Dominican Hospital San Martin Campus, where she prioritized quality improvement initiatives, and Dr. Larimore served as an instructor for Saint Rose's Flexed Education for Healthcare from 2009 to 2012, helping to curate meaningful curricular content to inspire and motivate healthcare professionals.

In each key role, Dr. Larimore relied on experience earned in earlier roles, including her work as a hospital health supervisor at St. Rose Dominican Hospital Siena Campus from 2007 to 2011 and nurse manager at Catholic Healthcare West from 2000 to 2013, where she exhibited a keen acumen for both administrative leadership and clinical patient care. As the site administrator at St. Rose Dominican Hospital Siena Campus from 2000 to 2007, Dr. Larimore managed multidisciplinary teams and coordinated hospital services, and she was humbled to accept the Nurse of the Year award from the hospital in 2003.

A passion for continuous learning and a desire to serve others motivated Dr. Larimore to initiate work as a certified nursing assistant before earning credentials as a licensed practical nurse in 1989. In 1997, she earned an associate degree in nursing and secured licensure as a registered nurse in 2005. To fulfill the objective of leading bedside nurses through impactful research and to exercise her leadership acumen, Dr. Larimore subsequently completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nevada State College.

Dr. Larimore then pursued graduate studies, finishing a Master of Business Administration in nursing administration from Roseman University of Health Sciences. She also holds a terminal degree in her field after securing a Doctor of Education in healthcare leadership from Grand Canyon University in 2025, a milestone that she considers her most significant personal achievement thus far. Dr. Larimore's success is deeply rooted in her husband's unwavering support and encouragement, and she credits the profound influence of her father, an educator who instilled in her a passion for learning and service through his exemplary model as an educator and volunteer.

A respected expert in education within the healthcare sector, Dr. Larimore maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, the Association for Nursing Professional Development, the American Association of Nursing Leadership, the American Nurses Association and the American Society for Pain Management Nursing. A persistent dedication to advancing knowledge within the industry further defines Dr. Larimore's profile and is evidenced by her engaging presentations at conferences, including the Intermountain Health Research and Evidence-Based Practice Conference and a pain management conference where she delivered a talk titled "Spiritual Suffering in Acute Care."

To achieve balance, Dr. Larimore enjoys reading and hiking; she is also the proud mother of two children. Looking toward the future, she plans to pursue additional academic credentials, including a master's degree in nursing, and to complete the nurse executive certification.
