Based in Jersey City, she oversaw high-volume compliance monitoring, managed risk assessments for over 500 franchisees annually and ensured adherence to Federal Trade Commission regulations. Ms. Hurt's work in internal controls, policy, contract drafting, and due diligence established a culture of compliance and accountability across the franchise network.

From 2010 to 2019, Ms. Hurt held multiple leadership roles at Atrium in Jersey City, culminating in her role as project manager and contract and open invoice expediter. She managed large-scale contract analysis, quality assurance and invoice reconciliation, supporting multimillion-dollar accounts and leading initiatives that improved operational closeout metrics. Ms. Hurt's earlier tenure included serving as a project manager and senior office administrator, where she directed services operations and supported major lease and office transitions.

Ms. Hurt's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Jurisprudence with a focus on financial compliance from Seton Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Hampton University. She has further bolstered her expertise with professional certifications in corporate governance from Wharton Executive Education, business law from Cornell University and paralegal studies from Duke University, in addition to being a commissioned Notary Public in the State of New Jersey.
