Affiliated with the global health care technology leader for more than 15 years, Ms. Rendahl was the enterprise accounts and customer experience director at Medtronic from 2016 to 2022. During this time, she introduced two key programs: the Customer Experience Program and the Enterprise Account Program. These initiatives have significantly contributed to Medtronic's growth, resulting in a $300 million portfolio and an additional $40 million in revenue over the past five years. Ms. Rendahl's dedication to creating opportunities rather than merely finding jobs underscores her commitment to business growth. Ms Rendahl led cross-functional transformation programs with Sales, Renewals, and Product, improving time-to-value, standardizing playbooks, and streamlining customer lifecycle processes.

Previously, she served as a program director for customer experience at Covidien (now Medtronic) from 2012 to 2015, where she also held roles as senior manager of customer solutions and manager of supply chain projects and customer solutions for Latin America between 2007 and 2013. Ms. Rendahl's earlier career included positions as a senior supply chain planner at Sony Electronics in 2006 and sub-manager of purchasing at Citibank from 2004 to 2005. She began her professional journey as a project planning engineer at PDVSA, Petróleos de Venezuela S.A., in 2000.

Ms. Rendahl's academic background included coursework in production engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, a master's degree in logistics from Universidad Católica San Pablo in 2006 and a Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami in 2016. Her education was complemented by numerous certifications, including those from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School Executive Education and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. These credentials have equipped Ms. Rendahl with the skills necessary to excel in her field.

Beyond her professional life, Ms. Rendahl has been engaged in civic initiatives as a board member and volunteer for the Community Awareness Program with Local Parents. She is also affiliated with the Miami Herbert Business School Alumni.

Ms. Rendahl's contributions have been recognized with accolades such as the Team Player of the Year award from Covidien in 2008 and the Star of Excellence Award from Medtronic in both 2019 and 2020.
