In this role, which she has held since 2022, she oversees operations across Eastern North Carolina, focusing on data governance, integrity, security and analytics for the diocese, its parishes and schools. In this role, Ms. Graham is most proud of leading the Diocese of Raleigh's annual appeal campaign, where she implemented a data-driven strategy that exceeded fundraising goals. Prior to her current position, Ms. Graham was the director of data operations at the same diocese from 2020 to 2022. Before her promotion, she served as a data analyst for the preceding year. She also worked as a data consultant in 2019, providing expert advice on data strategies and solutions after serving as a regulatory data consultant at Arysta Lifescience from 2017 to 2019.

Ms. Graham's professional work began at TiVo, where she contributed from 2010 to 2017 as a senior metadata quality assurance specialist. It was during this period that her passion for data was ignited while working on video conversion and categorization projects.

Educationally, Ms. Graham's background includes a Master of Science in applied analytics from Columbia University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and business from William Peace University, graduating summa cum laude. She is committed to continual learning, which has greatly aided her in her professional work, and she attributes much of her success to this dedication.

In 2025, Ms. Graham was honored with the Top 50 Data & Analytics Professional Award by OnConferences in recognition of her work.
