FALL CITY, WA, August 20, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Daniel D. Drew has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Drew's career is marked by a profound dedication to senior care and community service. As the owner and executive director of three Visiting Angels locations, which provide individualized in-home care for seniors, he oversees the overall operations, marketing and communications strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and fostering of an engaged and loyal team of caregivers. Beyond his day-to-day duties, he collaborates with teams to enhance customer-facing initiatives and participates in various community events. He also serves on the boards of several senior-centric organizations, maintaining a high level of customer interaction in his respective markets. His commitment to understanding clients' needs and providing tailored care solutions is evident in his work with veterans benefits, long-term care insurance, and highly customized care plans.

Mr. Drew's decision to pursue in-home care was deeply influenced by his introduction to hospice nurses over twenty years earlier as they cared for his father in his home while he battled the final stages of liver cancer. This lasting impression, along with Mr. Drew's desire to expand the number of meaningful relationships with members of his community, drove his decision to buy a Visiting Angels franchise and ultimately open three new offices across his home state of Washington. Weeks prior to opening his first location, Mr. Drew received a devastating diagnosis of a rare type of liver cancer himself. Mr. Drew paused his new business for nearly a year as he focused on beating the odds through dramatic lifestyle changes, leading edge proton therapy, chemotherapy, and ultimately a sixty percent liver resection. His frequent exposure to countless caregivers during this period only strengthened his commitment to helping others find similar best-in-class care for their loved ones in the comfort of their own home. Mr. Drew transitioned to senior home care after a successful thirty year career in management and information technology consulting for organizations ranging from high-tech start-ups to Fortune 500 clients like Microsoft, Amazon, T-Mobile, Mitsubishi, and as fate would have it, Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center who would be instrumental in saving his life nearly two decades later.

Before launching his Visiting Angels locations, Mr. Drew drove enterprise-wide consulting projects for nearly three decades, specializing in business process reengineering, enterprise-wide software implementations, cloud-based solution designs, and large-scale change management efforts. He began his career with the global accounting firm Arthur Andersen, where he was part of a team responsible for building their newly formed Business Consulting division after their recent split with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). During nearly a decade with the firm, Mr. Drew expanded his role from senior consultant to managing director of their Pacific Northwest enterprise software practice, leading Oracle and PeopleSoft enterprise software implementation teams across the west coast. Following Arthur Andersen, Mr. Drew served as VP of Marketing, Strategy and Business Development for several high-tech start-ups, then returned to his passion for consulting as managing director at Rapidigm (now Fujitsu) and partner at CSC consulting before opening his own firm, who in partnership with LMC Consulting, spent nearly a decade driving efforts at Microsoft ranging from development of global pandemic (H1N1) and incident response plans, to design of cloud-based licensing systems, to internal product showcases credited with influencing over forty million dollars in sales.

Before embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Drew attended Oregon State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business in 1990 followed by an accounting degree at Portland State University and quickly became a Certified Public Accounting in the state of Oregon. Though he initially pursued electrical engineering with the aim of following in his father's footsteps, he found his own passion in business studies, focusing on marketing and statistics while minoring in French.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Drew is actively involved in the Alzheimer's Association's Walk to End Alzheimer's and donates regularly to organizations that support seniors with age-related challenges such as Parkinson's disease. In honor of his contributions through Visiting Angels, he was recognized with their prestigious Sustained Excellence Award for his steadfast commitment to providing compassionate, best-in-class home care for seniors. For multiple years running, his offices have earned "Provider of Choice," "Employer of Choice," and "Leader in Experience" awards from Activated Insights (formerly Home Care Pulse), the industry leading home care satisfaction surveyor, as well as Caring.com's "Caring Star Award," and Nextdoor.com's "Fave Award."

Happily married and a proud father of three children, Mr. Drew enjoys an active lifestyle including golf, playing the guitar, researching studies on longevity and increased cognitive and physical performance, as well as cooking, gardening and listening to vintage records with his wife. Looking to the future, he is committed to expanding his impact on seniors through Visiting Angels to provide peace of mind through comprehensive care solutions for seniors and their loved ones. His partnerships with organizations facilitating trips for seniors and caregivers highlight his unwavering dedication to enhancing the quality of life for those he serves.
