This work has directly contributed to the most recent Series B fundraise for the company. He is also a founding member of the Product Mastermind network at Primary Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm based in New York City.

Leveraging his former success, Mr. Subramaniam has held various high-profile roles. Prior to joining Kustomer, he was a director of product management at Oscar Health in New York from 2022 to 2024, a tenure marked by significant contributions to its Enterprise SaaS Product Strategy Program for externalizing its insurance products and technologies, among other achievements.

From 2020 to 2022, Mr. Subramaniam was the director of product management at Electric in New York, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the company's technological offerings. He served in the same capacities at Ro in New York and Knewton in New York. Mr. Subramaniam's time at Knewton was marked by unparalleled personal and professional growth, having started as a senior product manager to eventually leading the product management team. Earlier in his career, he worked as a product manager at Schoology between 2014 and 2015 and at VMware AirWatch in Atlanta from 2011 to 2014. He also worked as a professional services consultant at VMware AirWatch between 2011 and 2012.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Subramaniam received a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and telecommunications from the University of Mumbai in 2009, a Master of Science in electrical and computer engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2010, and a Master of Business Administration from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University in 2017. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, he co-founded and edited Communication Times at the University of Mumbai.
