He has been instrumental in negotiating larger contracts with clients and overseeing all financial reporting. Of all his achievements, Mr. Firoozi is most proud of driving substantial growth and scalability at The PAC Group, helping secure major clients like Amazon, Ford and General Motors. He also led a comprehensive technology overhaul six years ago, upgrading nearly every system, a challenging initiative he considers one of his proudest accomplishments.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Firoozi was a financial center manager at Logix Federal Credit Union from 2011 to 2014. Before this, he served as vice president and financial center manager at JPMorgan Chase for the preceding three years, where his experiences solidified his expertise in managing financial operations and leading teams.

Mr. Firoozi's career began at Washington Mutual Bank, where he worked as a financial center manager from 1997 to 2008. Further enhancing his network, he has been an active member of the Forbes Finance Council and the CFO Leadership Council's Los Angeles and Detroit chapters.

Educationally, Mr. Firoozi earned a bachelor's degree in international finance and pre-law from Loyola Marymount University in 2001, followed by a Master of Business Administration with a focus on business administration and finance from California State University, Northridge in 2007. Additionally, he completed a program at the CFA Institute, earning a Chartered Financial Analyst qualification in accounting and finance, and obtained a certification from The Financial Oversight Advisory Council through ExecRank in 2016.

Dedicated to civic work, Mr. Firoozi serves as a Rising Star Mentor with Everwise and has been a team organizer and annual event planner for Community Active Neighbors. Additionally, he supports the New Friends Homeless Center in Los Angeles and volunteers as a mentor with Torch. In his personal life, he enjoys reading nonfiction, learning history, scuba diving and auto racing as hobbies.

Reflecting on his career, Mr. Firoozi credits his success to perseverance and maintaining a sense of calm under pressure. He also emphasizes the importance of being your most authentic self, believing that authenticity should always be the goal. Qualities like honesty, transparency, mindfulness and active listening are essential for him. By embodying these values, he believes individuals are naturally guided toward the right path in life.
