From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Jadotte was the mergers and acquisitions tax senior manager at Deloitte, where he played a pivotal role in advising clients on tax structuring and due diligence for major transactions. Mr. Jadotte's tenure at Deloitte began in 2014 as the mergers and acquisitions tax manager in Boston, where he developed a reputation for technical excellence and client service.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Jadotte made meaningful contributions to Johnson & Johnson as a tax professional from 2011 to 2014, where he was recognized for his analytical acumen and received the CFO Award for outstanding performance. Notably, in his series of distinguished positions, Mr. Jadotte relied on foundational experience gained as a law clerk at O'Neill Estate Law from 2005 to 2007.

A persistent dedication to continuous learning further defines Mr. Jadotte's profile. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 1999 and subsequently pursued graduate studies.
