Concurrently, from 2020 to 2024, he served as an advisory panel chair member at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, contributing his insights to academic and industry collaborations.

Mr. Mogford's military service is equally commendable. Since 2024, he has been an innovation project manager and support section chief with the U.S. Air Force Reserve. His previous roles include serving as an expeditionary A-Staff A4 and resource advisor in 2024, training and quality manager from 2021 to 2024, logistics manager from 2015 to 2021, assistant project coordinator and contracting officer representative in 2017, logistics analyst from 2009 to 2017 and active duty service from 2001 to 2009. His military experience has significantly contributed to his logistical acumen and leadership capabilities.

In addition to his professional roles, Mr. Mogford is actively involved in civic initiatives. Notably, during his stationing in the United Kingdom from 2010 to 2015, he launched Ace in the East, a project aimed at preserving the shared history of World War II U.S. troops who remained in the UK after the war. This initiative focused on conducting architectural reviews of memorial historic buildings and raising community awareness.

Mr. Mogford's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix in 2022 and an associate degree in logistics and transportation from Air University-Community College of the Air Force, also in 2022. He has further enhanced his expertise through numerous certifications such as the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy Executive Leadership certification from Air University-Community College of the Air Force in 2024 and Agile Scrum Master certification from Star Global College of Workforce Development in 2023.

His dedication to professional excellence is reflected in his membership with industry-related organizations, including past board membership with the Air Force Sergeants Association and The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Mr. Mogford's accolades include being named Airman of the Year by the Air Force Sergeants Association in both 2010 and 2012. Additionally, he authored "The Jackal: Giving Back the Learned Skill of Transitional Leadership" in 2023, sharing his insights on leadership.

Mr. Mogford attributes much of his success to his supportive wife and their two children. In his leisure time, he enjoys working out, hiking, biking and engaging in board games.
