Mr. Paden has more than 15 years of professional experience in his field. His daily responsibilities include monitoring compliance with the organization's security policies and procedures among employees, contractors, alliances and third parties. He is considered an expert witness in forensic science.

In addition to industry-related training, Mr. Paden received his Certification in Forensic Science from the American Institute of Applied Science and is a Licensed Firefighter. He is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security, the Central Ohio Trauma System Society and serves as Vice Chairman for the Columbus Chapter American Society for Industrial Security.
