From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Setty was the senior manager of core technology solutions at Charles Schwab in Denver, Colorado, and worked as a senior technical project manager on a contractual basis at the company's San Francisco location. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable international experience as a consultant specializing in product implementation, program management and solution architecture for retail and corporate banking at i-flex Solutions Ltd. in London from 2002 to 2006. He also served as a global support manager and implementation lead at 3i Infotech Ltd. in India from 1998 to 2002 and started his vocational journey as a project leader at Creative Infotech from 1996 to 1998.

Mr. Setty's equally impressive academic achievements include a postgraduate degree in cloud computing from The University of Texas at Austin, postgraduate coursework in artificial intelligence and machine learning at Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in computer systems from Thompson Rivers University in 2001. To expand his knowledge and qualifications, he completed the Securities Industry Institute Executive Education Program at Wharton Executive Education in 2024 as well as leadership programs at Harvard Business School and University of California, Berkeley.
