Prior to starting his current positions, Mr. Guduru served as a construction manager of the Grand Parkway infrastructure project with Webber from 2017 to 2022 and as a senior project manager from 2016 to 2017. Before joining Webber, he spent a successful and well-traveled 11-year journey within the Odebrecht Group, where he held various roles including senior project engineer and technical coordinator. After working as the cost and change engineer for the South Terminal Miami International Airport Project, he was transferred to the United Arab Emirates to support infrastructure and energy projects in the Middle East and North Africa. As the project manager for Odebrecht International's West Africa division, he was involved in strategic planning and logistics for prominent clients in Guinea and Liberia.

Though his international career counts many milestones, Mr. Guduru is particularly proud of an important moment early on in his journey. In the aftermath of the devastation wrought by Hurricane Katrina, his company was mobilized by the Corps of Engineers to perform emergency work on the London Avenue drainage canal project in New Orleans — designed with the goal of pumping excess rain water into Lake Pontchartrain — where they completed their vital task ahead of schedule.

Mr. Guduru's equally robust academic background laid a strong foundation for his professional achievements. He earned a Master of Science in civil engineering with a focus on construction management from The University of New Mexico in 2005, following a Bachelor of Engineering in civil engineering from Osmania University in 2003. To augment his qualifications, he is certified by the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program. Though he initially preferred to complete his work behind the scenes — even during significant projects — he came to understand the importance of networking and visibility in driving investment opportunities and stakeholder confidence. His subsequent philosophy of mutual trust has been central to his success, fostering strong relationships built on respect and reciprocal support.

Mr. Guduru's commitment to community service is evident through his active involvement in charitable activities both locally and in India. Although time constraints limit his ability to volunteer, he happily provides monetary support to various institutions and is dedicated to supporting several organizations in India. He is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Fulshear and other areas. Furthermore, his tenure at Odebrecht Brazil saw him participate in multiple career development programs aimed at helping aspiring young individuals on their path to becoming entrepreneurs.
