Leveraging over 15 years of success, Ms. Tsuchida achieved notable success as an interim chief financial officer at Simpluris Inc., where she oversaw financial operations during a period of organizational transition. She was also a founding partner and senior tax manager at Think LLP.

Ms. Tsuchida's journey from Japan to the U.S., despite lacking English language proficiency, culminated in her graduation from college and subsequent employment at a major accounting firm, before co-founding Think LLP—a milestone she regards as one of her most significant professional accomplishments. Ms. Tsuchida began her career at KPMG as a tax associate.

Highly educated, Ms. Tsuchida earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting, summa cum laude, from Northeastern State University in 2006 and a Master of Business Administration with an international focus from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, completed in 2017. She also completed coursework in taxation at the University of Southern California. Her credentials are further distinguished by designation as a certified public accountant through the California Board of Accountancy.

Throughout her career, Ms. Tsuchida has maintained active memberships in industry organizations, such as ProVisors and Dealmakers Orange County, reflecting her commitment to professional development and networking within the business community. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is deeply engaged with civic organizations and community initiatives. She serves as a board member for Aozora School in Torrance, California, and has held leadership roles, including coach of the Orange County accelerator for the Entrepreneurs' Organization since 2018.
