Meanwhile, The Oyster Bar has been recognized as a local favorite that draws visitors from all over for its signature drinks, full-service, sit-down bar and grill, live music, pool tables, darts, trivia, and more.

Before becoming a restaurant owner, Ms. Cinotto honed her skills as a manager at The Spring Steak and Seafood Restaurant. Her journey in the hospitality sector is marked by a commitment to excellence and an unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. Ms. Cinotto takes pride in offering insurance to her employees and maintains a very low turnover among her staff, some of whom have been with her for nearly a decade.

Active in her community, Ms. Cinotto frequently sponsors cook-off events, including the Texas Flavor Kamau County Barbeque Cook-Off. She is also an advocate for Pink Warrior.

Looking toward future success as a restauranter, Ms. Cinotto is dedicated to creating family-friendly spaces where everyone feels welcome. She also envisions expanding The Oyster Bar into a back patio area over the coming years.
