He also identified a critical gap in the industry regarding the promotion of sales representatives into management roles without adequate leadership training. To address this, he collaborated with outside consultants to establish a program dedicated to developing young sales professionals into effective leaders and managers. From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Bello was director of ticket sales at Seton Hall University, where he played an instrumental role in driving revenue and enhancing fan engagement for the university's athletic programs. His earlier experience includes serving as an account manager for the New Jersey Devils for one year, where he managed client accounts and contributed to the organization's sales objectives. Concurrently, from 2005 to 2011, he was part of the media relations gameday staff for the New York Giants, supporting communications efforts during National Football League games.
Mr. Bello's academic background has been foundational to his professional achievements. He earned a master's degree in strategic communications from Seton Hall University in 2011 and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in business administration in sport management and marketing from Seton Hall University in South Orange in 2006.
