Between 2014 and 2019, Mr. Paravantavida held the position of hotel manager at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, a Marriott International Inc. property, where he contributed to the success of one of the world's most prominent luxury hotels.

Mr. Paravantavida excelled as a general manager at JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity, Marriott International Inc., overseeing the launch and establishment of a flagship property in India's capital from 2012 to 2014. His earlier leadership at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune, Marriott International Inc., included guiding the hotel through its formative years between 2009 and 2012.

Among various other leading roles in the hospitality sector, Mr. Paravantavida was resort manager at Marriott Doral Golf Resort & Spa in Miami, Florida, the director of operations for conversion at Princeton Marriott at Forrestal, multi-property general manager at Marriott's Aruba Surf Club and Marriott's Aruba Ocean Club, and director of operations at Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, dating back to 1993. Mr. Paravantavida's foundational years were spent at the New York Marriott Marquis, where, from 1985 to 1996, he progressed through roles that included director of restaurants, executive sous chef and executive chef of the restaurant complex. Notably, he was part of the opening team for this iconic Times Square property, which, at the time, was the largest in the company, boasting 2,000 rooms and holding numerous positions over 10 years.

Mr. Paravantavida's educational background included coursework in human resource management at New York University, coursework with Dale Carnegie & Associates Global Inc., and coursework at the Hotel School in India. He further enhanced his expertise by completing a summer professional development program in hotel and motel administration and management at Cornell University, which significantly shaped his approach to leadership and operations management.

Adding to his expertise, Mr. Paravantavida is an active member of the American Management Association and the American Culinary Federation.
