Currently a distinguished Project Manager at Caddell Construction, he oversees the financial operations, administrative functions to assist in the execution of a large-scale project he currently is a part of. Since 2024, he has led a team of professional engineers and assistant project managers while negotiating cost proposals and collaborating with design teams. His expertise spans over 1 million square feet of construction projects, reflecting his deep industry knowledge and leadership.

Proficient in diverse construction bid builds with a cumulative value exceeding $3.3 billion, Mr. Holt possesses a profound understanding of construction means and methods. His ability to navigate complex project schedules and deliver exceptional results has solidified his reputation as a top-tier project manager. Before his current role, he served as Assistant Project Manager 2023 to 2024, earning a rapid promotion through his exceptional project coordination and management skills. Before joining Caddell Construction, Mr. Holt gained valuable experience at Hensel Phelps, where he worked as an office engineer from 2020 to 2023 and as a field engineer from 2018 to 2020. During this time, he managed many stages of construction and scopes of work ranging from mechanical, electrical and various low-voltage systems, as well as structural steel and finishes. His career began at HNH Technologies Inc., where he developed foundational skills as a Technician and Processing Manager 2006 to 2018.

A proud U.S. Army Veteran, Mr. Holt served as a specialist 12C Bridgecrew Member in the United States Army from 2012 to 2015 during which he was responsible for constructing, maintaining, and dismantling military bridges and other critical infrastructure, ensuring rapid mobility for combat and logistical operations. Often working alongside the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, these specialists play a vital role in engineering missions, including bridge reconnaissance, rafting operations, and the assembly of floating and fixed bridges to support troop and equipment movement in challenging environments. His military service further enriched his leadership skills and discipline, both of which have been pivotal in his engineering journey.

His commitment to excellence is further reflected in his membership with the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America and serving his first year on the Construction Leadership Committee. As an alumnus of the Engineering Technology department at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, he continues to engage with the academic community and collaborate with faculty and guide students seeking a path in the construction field.

Academically, Mr. Holt graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2018. Determined to make an equal impact outside the classroom, he was president of the school's AGC student chapter on campus in 2018 and a member of the student veteran affairs committee from 2015 to 2018. His education laid much of the groundwork for his career achievements, as did his early working experience alongside his father, an electrical engineer, and his mother, a doctor in epidemiology and owner of HNH Technologies, Inc., with whom he worked from the age of 16 until he graduated from college and began his own vocational journey.

To expand his knowledge and qualifications, Mr. Holt completed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-hour construction certification and obtained a certificate of completion for the Construction Project Manager course by the Associated General Contractors of America in 2024. Furthermore, he was certified as a Green Globes Emerging Professional by the Green Building Initiative in 2022, showcasing his dedication to the ideals of continuous learning. Aspiring to emulate those who guided him and pass his knowledge on to future generations, he attributes much of his success to the mentorship he has received throughout his career.

In addition to his professional accomplishments and mentorship endeavors, Mr. Holt has civically engaged as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank, Toys For Tots to give back to his community. His dedication to excellence was recognized early in his career when he contributed to the Orlando South Terminal C Project, which earned two Eagle Awards from the Associated Builders and Contractors, his first project upon graduation.

Happily married and a proud father of two, Mr. Holt enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family and supporting his son's football career. Looking to the future with optimism, he aims to advance within Caddell Construction to become a construction executive or beyond where he can drive meaningful growth and success for Caddell. Continue to focus on increasing student engagement and passion within AGC and throughout the industry. With a zeal for mentorship and innovation, he aims to earn a Ph.D. in building construction, blending academic rigor with practical leadership to shape the future of the field.
