Initially acquired by Molina Healthcare in 2023, Dr. Pawlowski was the manager of health care services from 2023 to 2024. Recruited from Valley View Medical Center, she spent 2020 to 2023 as the director of care management and utilization review, where she led initiatives aimed at optimizing patient outcomes. Dr. Pawlowski's leadership was pivotal in ensuring high standards of care management and regulatory compliance. Over her years, she developed the hospital's care management team from the ground up, establishing seven-day coverage and comprehensive utilization reviews for both observation and inpatient levels of care. She also developed a program enabling the care management team to support the emergency department. During her tenure, Dr. Pawlowski completed her doctoral degree with a project focused on limited health literacy, resulting in a 2.9% reduction in hospital-wide readmissions over 13 weeks.

Dr. Pawlowski's earlier tenure included her role as the manager of care management at Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, a critical access facility affiliated with Dartmouth Hitchcock Health in Lebanon, New Hampshire, starting in 2014. She worked alongside Dartmouth to support the local community and the level one trauma center with decompression of their patients who were ready for discharge to a lower level of care.

Before her tenure at Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, Dr. Pawlowski garnered experience as a clinical manager at Visiting Nurse and Hospice of Vermont and New Hampshire from 2012 to 2014. She managed the northern territory across both states, focusing on trend identification, financial impact evaluation and implementation of evidence-based practices. Notably, Dr. Pawlowski's emphasis on staff development contributed to improved patient outcomes and organizational efficiency.

Dr. Pawlowski possesses a rich educational background that began with an associate's degree from the Community College of Rhode Island in 2004. She then acquired a Bachelor of Science in nursing, a master's degree in health care leadership graduating both magna cum laude, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in nursing systems leadership, summa cum laude, from Chamberlain University, graduating in 2016, 2019 and 2021, respectively. These academic achievements have provided a strong foundation for her leadership roles and innovative projects throughout her career.

Having pursued numerous professional credentials that reflect her commitment to lifelong learning and holistic patient care, Dr. Pawlowski is a registered nurse and has completed coursework with The Nurse Coach Collective. She also holds board certification as a nurse coach from the American Holistic Nurses Credentialing Corporation and certification in nurse care management through the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) and Commissioner of Care Management (CCM). Moreover, Dr. Pawlowski completed several communication courses through LinkedIn.

Dr. Pawlowski's expertise extends beyond direct patient care into professional development within the nursing community. She is an active member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Her contributions include serving on the ANCC setters panel for three years, where she collaborated with national peers to review and recalibrate the minimum efficiency score of the Care Management Board Certification Exam. Dr. Pawlowski then spent another three years as an item writer for the ANCC, developing exam questions that continue to shape board certification standards.

Beyond her professional commitments, Dr. Pawlowski is civically engaged as an active member of her local parish and participates in community volunteer activities with her husband and children.
