GREEN COVE SPRINGS, FL, September 09, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michael Lee Stanick Sr. has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Stanick currently serves as a technical recruiter at Flightstar Aircraft Services LLC in Jacksonville, Florida, a position he has held since 2025. In this capacity, he is responsible for identifying and securing top talent within the aviation industry, leveraging his extensive background in both military and civilian aviation sectors to match skilled professionals with critical roles.

Prior to joining Flightstar Aircraft Services LLC, Mr. Stanick was a maintenance analyst at TRAXXALL Aircraft Maintenance Tracking in Jacksonville, Florida, from 2017 to 2025. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of aircraft maintenance records and compliance tracking. His analytical skills and attention to detail contributed significantly to the operational reliability and regulatory adherence of client fleets.

From 2011 to 2017, Mr. Stanick was an aviation recruiter and account manager at Aviation Recruiting in Fleming Island, Florida. In this dual role, he managed client relationships while sourcing qualified candidates for various aviation positions. His ability to understand both the technical requirements of aviation roles and the needs of employers made him a valuable asset to the organization.

Mr. Stanick's professional journey is deeply rooted in his distinguished military service with the United States Navy from 1988 to 2014. He achieved the rank of senior chief petty officer (aviation machinist's mate senior chief petty officer) and held numerous leadership and technical positions throughout his career. From 2012 to 2014, he served as a quality assurance supervisor in Jacksonville, Florida, overseeing maintenance standards and safety protocols for naval aircraft operations.

Between 2009 and 2012, Mr. Stanick was a flight deck control coordinator, where he managed complex flight operations and ensured the safe movement of aircraft on naval vessels. As a navy facilitator and master training specialist from 2006 to 2009, he was instrumental in developing training programs that enhanced operational readiness across multiple units.

From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Stanick worked as a maintenance material manager, coordinating logistics and supply chains essential for mission-critical aircraft maintenance. His earlier roles included serving as a maintenance supervisor and quality assurance representative from 1998 to 2003, an aircraft mechanic from 1993 to 1998 and a jet engine mechanic from 1991 to 1993 after completing aviation machinist mate school (jet engine) in 1991. He began his naval career as a plane captain and ground crew member from 1989 to 1991.

Throughout his service, Mr. Stanick received significant recognition for his dedication and performance, earning seven Navy Achievement Medals and four Navy Commendation Medals from the United States Navy. He considers his military career his most notable achievement. Growing up in southern West Virginia as the son of a coal miner, he chose a different path by enlisting in the United States Navy immediately after high school, a decision he regards as the best of his life.

Mr. Stanick's academic background includes college coursework in aeronautics and aviation management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. This education provided him with foundational knowledge that complemented his practical experience in both military and civilian aviation environments.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Stanick enjoys playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren. He is supported by his spouse and is the father of seven children. He attributes much of his professional success to the discipline, leadership skills and technical expertise developed during his time in the military. These qualities have been instrumental in shaping his continuing approach to recruitment, management and analysis within the aviation sector.
