From 2015 to 2017, Ms. Singer Cash was executive director of sales, marketing and planning at ZENZII in Atlanta, Georgia, where she directed strategic initiatives that expanded market reach and enhanced brand visibility. In 2015, she also served as economic development director for the City of Lebanon, Tennessee, where she advanced local economic strategies and community engagement.

Between 2008 and 2025, Ms. Singer Cash was chief storyteller at Team HSC in Lebanon, Tennessee. Through this role, she developed compelling narratives to promote organizational missions and community projects. Concurrently from 2008 to 2015, she owned The Crystal Couture Store, where she managed business operations and cultivated customer relationships.

Her earlier experience includes serving as market coordinator for L'Oréal Groupe from 2006 to 2009, national sales manager for Fragrance Concepts International from 2006 to 2007 and district manager for The Yankee Candle Company Inc. from 2004 to 2006. From 1999 to 2004, Ms. Singer Cash was national operations manager at Oreck Corporation (now Oreck, Techtronic Floor Care Technology Limited), overseeing operational efficiency on a national scale. She began her professional journey as an executive account representative for CHANEL from 1992 to 2000.

Ms. Singer Cash's expertise in economic development is underscored by her academic background and professional certifications. She completed coursework in business at the University of Tampa and earned an associate degree in legal assistant studies from Paralegal Careers in 1988. Her commitment to professional growth is further demonstrated by her attainment of the TCEcD certification in economic development from the University of Tennessee System in 2022 and a real estate license from T.R.E.E.S. in 2017.

Throughout her career, Ms. Singer Cash has been recognized for her achievements, including being featured by Lebanon City Lifestyle. She attributes her success to dedication—setting clear goals while remaining adaptable when plans require adjustment.

Ms. Singer Cash's civic engagement is extensive. She has served as the secretary for the Republican Women of Wilson County under the Wilson County Republican Party since 2021 and has been on the board of directors for the Wilson County Community Partnership since 2019. As an FCE member with the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture since 2018, she supports several educational outreach initiatives. Her volunteer roles with the Lebanon Wilson Chamber of Commerce include service on both the governmental relations committee since 2017 and the economic development committee since 2014.

In addition, she served as vice president for Area 5B of the Tennessee Federation of Republican Women from 2021 to 2023 and contributed to Camp AcheAway Trivia Night with the Arthritis Foundation from 2018 to 2020. Ms. Singer Cash was a member of Rotary International from 2017 to 2019 and served on advisory boards for United Way of Wilson County from 2013 to 2015 and the Wilson County Convention & Visitors Bureau from 2013 to 2014. Additional board memberships include New Leash on Life-USA and Historic Lebanon from 2012 to 2015 as well as participation on the tourism committee for the Lebanon Wilson Chamber of Commerce during that period.

Her creative contributions include work as a contributor to City Lifestyle Magazine and People Style Watch, reflecting her commitment to sharing knowledge and promoting community interests. Ms. Singer Cash enjoys reading, designing houses and spending time with friends outside of her professional commitments.
