Mr. Brennaman recognized his passion for canine work began during this time when he applied for a position in the department's canine unit and completed an intensive 480-hour handlers course. This comprehensive training covered scent detection, apprehension, building searches and tracking, helping Mr. Brennaman forge foundational skills for his subsequent advancement as a dual-purpose canine handler.

Mr. Brennaman's professional background is further distinguished by his service in the United States Army. Stationed in Germany, he gained invaluable life experience that fostered adaptability, independence and acceptance of others, qualities that have proven critical throughout his career progression and entrepreneurial pursuits. His signature commitment to excellence is reflected in his industry involvement as an evaluator for the Canine Good Citizen program through the American Kennel Club.
