Before founding Rumi Zone in 2023, Ms. Pasche created and founded JPS Marketing, Jump Start Your Marketing, a search engine marketing (SEM) course for small businesses and entrepreneurs. What began as a two-day course evolved into a robust freelance business where she collaborates with impactful organizations such as Uplifted Yoga and Solomon Law Firm.

In 2022, Jessica began working as a freelance SEM strategist for Uplifted Yoga, integrating her passion for yoga with her professional skills to support the organization's mission and outreach. Additionally, she began working as an SEM strategist for Solomon Law Firm, PLLC in 2022, leveraging her digital marketing acumen to enhance the firm's online presence and client acquisition strategies.

Among other notable roles, Ms. Pasche was an SEM analyst at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP. From 2018 to 2021, she refined her analytical skills and contributed to the firm's digital growth initiatives. Ms. Pasche's earlier experiences include working as the director of acquisitions at The Finance Marketing Group, and working as an inbound marketing strategist at Inspired Global Marketing, Inc.

Ms. Pasche's interest in entrepreneurship was sparked in 2014 when she founded Hazy's Paintings LLC. Here she channeled her art education background into creative instruction and community engagement through creative painting party events. From 2011 - 2013, Jessica put her education background to good use as an after-school program site director at the Schenectady Jewish Community Center, where she directed programming that supported youth development and enrichment.

Ms. Pasche's academic achievements have played a pivotal role in shaping her career trajectory. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of New York at Plattsburgh in 2007 and a Master of Arts from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York in 2012. In addition to her formal education, she holds a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification and a 30-hour children's yoga teacher training certification. These credentials have enabled Ms. Pasche to integrate mindfulness practices into her business ventures and community programs.

In addition to her professional work, her civic involvement includes serving as a counselor with Equinox Urban Outreach and participating in community events on behalf of the Make-A-Wish foundation. Ms. Pasche has also participated in two half-marathons to support David's House.

Throughout her career, Ms. Pasche has demonstrated proven prowess in search engine marketing, a field in which she is recognized for her savvy. She approaches her work with tact and a growth mindset, consistently applying tested strategies to expand businesses. Her deep commitment to her clients means she treats their businesses with the same dedication and care as she would her own.

Looking ahead, Ms. Pasche is currently developing a wellness program for teenage girls, with business partner and co-creator, Katrina Flahive. The program is designed to guide participants through a transformative journey of self-discovery, emphasizing self-love, self-worth, and self-expansion. This is achieved through a combination of yoga, self-expression activities, journaling, and creative exercises.

A firm believer that music is medicine, Ms. Pasche is also exploring partnerships with talented and impactful artists on platforms like Spotify. Through these collaborations, she aims to showcase their musical gifts and spread the joy and healing qualities they bring.

In the next three to five years, Ms. Pasche plans to develop the Rumi Zone app which will feature three distinct components for teenagers, children and toddlers. She aims to partner with youth centers, at-risk youth organizations, and public and private schools to provide these tools on a larger scale.
