SEATTLE, WA, September 11, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Giovanne D. Schachere, MS, chief executive officer of Mystis Adult and Family Services, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. With more than two decades of experience, Mr. Schachere has built a reputation as a visionary leader committed to dismantling barriers for vulnerable populations. Since 2023, he has guided Mystis Adult and Family Services in California, expanding housing solutions, building Medicaid-billable service programs, and creating dignified pathways to stability for justice-involved individuals, families experiencing homelessness, and high-need Medi-Cal recipients.
In addition, he has served since 2022 as CEO of Mystis Adult and Family Services in Washington, where he leads statewide initiatives that bring together community partners, county governments, and service providers to address homelessness and poverty at scale.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Schachere directed interim housing initiatives under California's Project Homekey, served as a probation officer in Washington, and contributed to organizations such as Los Angeles County and Compass Housing Alliance, and DSHS in Washington State. His service on the King County Human Services and Veterans Levy Board was especially impactful, when he helped direct critical funding to those most in need.

Mr. Schachere earned a Master of Science in human services with a concentration in social and community services from Capella University in 2025, following his Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from Central Washington University. His leadership is further informed by certifications in domestic violence counseling, supervisory training for homeless services, and paralegal services, among others.

Raised in Section 8 housing and food insecurity, Mr. Schachere's work is deeply personal. Inspired by his mother Mysti and her perseverance as both a truck driver and actress, he has made it his mission to reinvest resources into his organizations and build "hand-up" systems that restore dignity and create opportunity.

As both a CEO, husband and father of five, he continues to lead with compassion, resilience, and vision. Looking ahead, he is committed to expanding Mystis programs into underserved regions, building stronger networks of care, and mentoring the next generation of social service leaders.
