For the preceding two years, he contributed as a solution architect for advanced visualization at AVI-SPL, where he designed tailored audiovisual solutions that addressed the evolving needs of clients across diverse sectors. Earlier in his tenure at the firm, he was an operations manager for one year, an installation manager for one year and an AV project manager for three years.
Mr. Brunhammer's foundational experience includes his role as an integration technician at The Integration Factory, Inc. from 2014 to 2016, where he honed his technical skills in system integration and troubleshooting. He also contributed as an audio engineer at American Audio Visual Inc. from 2012 to 2014, preceded by positions as monitor engineer from 2008 to 2014 and lighting designer from 2008 to 2012 at Big Dogg Audio.
Among Mr. Brunhammer's most notable achievements is his tenure at AVI-SPL, during which he scaled a startup division from a $5 million business to a $50 million enterprise over three and a half years. This remarkable growth was achieved through his strategic selection and development of a high-performing team, a skill refined over more than fifteen years across multiple industries.
Additionally, Mr. Brunhammer is proud of being nominated for the prestigious 40 Under 40 award and receiving the Esports Trade Association Service Award for his innovative mentorship program. Under his leadership, the Coca-Cola-sponsored program provided twenty-one students with industry insights and placement opportunities in areas like game creation, graphic design and audio engineering, achieving a one hundred percent fulfillment rate.
Mr. Brunhammer's commitment to professional development is reflected in his active memberships within several industry organizations. Educationally, Mr. Brunhammer's background includes an executive master's degree in business administration and management from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, earned in 2021. He also studied Christian Leadership for undergraduate at Florida Christian College in Kissimmee in 2012.
Throughout his career, Mr. Brunhammer's accomplishments have been recognized through numerous awards, including the Service Award from the Esports Trade Association in 2024, six awards from the Higher Education Technology Association in 2024 and four awards from the same association in 2023. Outside his professional duties, Mr. Brunhammer values time spent with his family, including his wife and three children. He enjoys playing various musical instruments like the mandolin, guitar, bass, drums, piano, harmonica and banjo.
