Prior to joining STRIKE, Mr. Skipper held the position of senior project manager at Trident EPC LLC in Houston, Texas, in 2024, following his role as project manager from 2021 to 2024 at the same company. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing large-scale projects and ensuring their alignment with client objectives and industry standards. He also managed multidisciplinary teams and coordinated efforts across various phases of project development. His commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction established him as a trusted leader within the company and contributed to the advancement of innovative practices within the organization.

Between 2016 and 2021, Mr. Skipper was a project manager at STRIKE, where he played a pivotal role in executing critical infrastructure projects, consistently delivering results that met or exceeded expectations. Mr. Skipper began his professional journey as a specialist at Hatch Mott MacDonald from 2011 to 2016. There, he developed foundational skills in engineering and project management that would later inform his approach to more senior roles.

Mr. Skipper's academic background includes college coursework at Auburn University. The knowledge and analytical skills acquired during his studies have been integral to his professional achievements, equipping him with the tools necessary for effective problem-solving and decision-making in high-stakes environments.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Mr. Skipper holds building contractor certifications from the State of Louisiana, earned in 2023, and the State of Tennessee, earned in 2025. Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Skipper values family activities and spending time with his son.
