As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Arnett has established herself as a leading expert in program development and evaluation, with a particular focus on critical incident stress management, stress and burnout management and psychological first aid. Her career is distinguished by her commitment to advancing psychological health and safety within organizations and her ability to implement evidence-based practices that foster resilience and well-being.

Since 2023, Ms. Arnett has served as the owner of First Help LLC, where she conducts workshops on stress management and burnout, teaches critical incident stress management and leads a team providing emotional and psychological support. Recognizing this gap, Ms. Arnett implemented a critical incident stress management program, developed peer support training, and an online, on-demand psychological first aid training for staff, which includes continuing medical education units. Under her leadership over the past six years, the critical incident stress management program has responded to more than 800 requests for support, positively impacting over 3,100 individuals. Apart from her work in the field, Ms. Arnett has served as an adjunct and affiliate faculty at Boise State University for over a decade, where she has been sharing her expertise with students in areas related to health promotion and program evaluation since 2015. She also served as a research associate in The Center for the Study of Aging at Boise State University from 2014 to 2017. Her research focused on issues related to aging populations, contributing valuable insights into public health programming.

Before her tenure at St. Luke's Health System, Ms. Arnett served as a funds development manager at Terry Reilly Health Services between 2017 and 2019.

Apart from her work in health care, Ms. Arnett has entrepreneurial experience from her time as owner and designer of Arnett Designs from 1997 to 2011. During this period, she managed all aspects of her design business while cultivating creativity and project management skills. Ms. Arnett's diverse background also included serving as an emergency medical technician ski patrol member at Ski Santa Fe between 2004 and 2011, where she provided emergency care in challenging environments. Additionally, she excelled as a fitness instructor and personal trainer at Santa Fe Community College from 2008 to 2011, promoting physical wellness through education and training.

Ms. Arnett received an Associate of Applied Science in graphic design/media arts from Santa Fe Community College in 2000, followed by a Bachelor of Science in sport management with a concentration in fitness and wellness from California University of Pennsylvania in 2013. Additionally, he received a Master of Health Science in health promotion and a graduate certificate in gerontological studies from Boise State University in 2016. Ms. Arnett's academic achievements have played a pivotal role in shaping her career trajectory.

In addition to her degrees, Ms. Arnett holds several credentials that have enhanced her professional capabilities. She is a certified master health and wellness coach from the American Fitness Professionals Association and WellCoaches, is a certified behavior change specialist by the American Council on Exercise, an approved instructor in CISM and de-escalation skills for the front line from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation Inc. Furthermore, Ms. Arnett is a recertification provider through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Beyond these commitments, she is civically engaged with organizations such as Friends Furever Animal Rescue, the Idaho Trails Association and the Wood River Trails Coalition, demonstrating a broad commitment to community service.

Ms. Arnett's contributions have been recognized with honors, including the Saint Luke's Caring Heart Award for Teamwork. She attributes her success to her love of learning and passion for research. Looking ahead, Ms. Arnett plans to grow her business into a self-employed, full-time consultant and coach specializing in psychosocial health and safety for organizations. As she prepares to pass on current duties at St. Luke's Health System, where her team has significantly improved operations, she also aims to help other organizations improve their psychosocial health strategies by guiding companies in assessing psychosocial risks and hazards while highlighting the importance of workplace interactions and environment on employee satisfaction.
