Mr. Pérez's earlier tenure at Siemens from 1998 to 2004 included roles as inventory control coordinator and information technology procurement supervisor. Mr. Pérez began his career in the United States with Computer System Repairs, Inc., where he worked from 1995 to 1998 as an inventory control coordinator, quality control supervisor and media procurement manager. Mr. Pérez's educational background includes coursework in modern languages and linguistics at Universidad Tecnologica de Santiago, completed in 1990. His academic pursuits equipped him with strong communication skills and cultural fluency—attributes that have proven invaluable throughout his career in multinational environments.

He holds an A+ certification from CompTIA, underscoring his technical proficiency in information technology systems. Additionally, he is pursuing a life coaching certification through Jay Shetty Certification School, reflecting his commitment to personal growth and mentorship.

The foundation of Mr. Pérez's professional ethos can be traced to his upbringing as one of eight children of a police officer in the Dominican Republic. Raised with limited financial resources, he learned the value of hard work and community support at an early age. His first professional opportunity arose at the age of fifteen, after he had mastered English as a second language. This skill enabled him to become a teacher at the school where he had studied.

After immigrating to New York in 1990, Mr. Pérez navigated various professional challenges before establishing himself.
