Her technical expertise has also benefited organizations such as Petrofac in Sharjah and Larsen & Toubro in India. Ms. Narasimhan started her career as a simulation engineer at Sim InfoSystems Pvt Ltd in India where she was involved in mathematical modeling and developed simulation models for process plants, laying the groundwork for her future accomplishments.

Ms. Narasimhan's academic background has been instrumental in shaping her career trajectory. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in chemical engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology in India followed by Master of Technology in chemical engineering from Anna University in India and additional coursework in professional education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.
