Prior to her current role, Ms. Scott spent 17 years with PeopleShare, rising through multiple leadership roles including corporate trainer, director of training, vice president of operations, and ultimately chief operating officer. In these positions, she single-handedly built the systems, training, and operations that supported the company's successful scale in revenue. Her scope also included oversight of internal hiring and HR, marketing, customer service, learning and development, strategic sales, and regional management.

Throughout her career with PeopleShare, Ms. Scott consistently drove organizational growth and performance. She led large-scale talent development initiatives, hiring, mentoring and promoting hundreds of employees across multiple regions. Additionally, Ms. Scott revitalized underperforming markets and played a key role in launching new regions, thereby strengthening the company's overall market presence and long-term success.

Ms. Scott's entry into the staffing profession followed an early career in retail and nearly a decade at Wawa Inc., where she rose through the ranks to corporate headquarters as one of the youngest employees in the training department between 1999 and 2008. When that department was dissolved, Ms. Scott transitioned into recruiting, a move that set the stage for her future accomplishments in staffing operations.

Complementing her professional roles, Ms. Scott's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in human resources management and services from Strayer University in Herndon, Virginia. Additionally, Ms. Scott is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, reflecting her commitment to remaining actively engaged with industry developments and best practices.
