Prior to joining SPS Partners, Mr. Zola served as General Counsel and Director of Development for CA Commercial Development (2022–2024), where he directed legal strategy and advanced key development initiatives across multiple markets. Earlier, he held dual roles as Associate General Counsel and Director of Real Estate Development at Tire Discounters, Inc. (2015–2022), playing a pivotal role in the company's growth through his management of real estate transactions and expansion strategy. His early career began in private practice in Chicago, where he developed a foundation in civil and commercial litigation before transitioning to transactional law and real estate.

Mr. Zola earned a Bachelor of Science in biology through the Liberal Arts and Management Program at Indiana University Bloomington and a Juris Doctor, with honors, from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in both Illinois and Ohio, and before the Supreme Courts of both states.

Deeply committed to civic and philanthropic engagement, Mr. Zola serves on the Philanthropic Advisory Board for Smile Train and the Board of Jewish Family Services, and he has previously held board positions with Cincinnati Hillel and the LUNGevity Foundation.
