Prior to his current position, Mr. Behri dedicated two decades to Cleveland Die & Manufacturing, where he held multiple roles from 2002 to 2024. As the manufacturing infrastructure CI-HSE manager from 2022 to 2024, he was instrumental in overseeing all machinery maintenance and building operations. From 2014 to 2022, he served as the plant safety director, and he led the 5S team of managers in charge of 5S implementation. From 2007 to 2014 as the paint line manager, he managed a large manufacturing line operating two shifts daily. His responsibilities included quality of painting car parts and overseeing laboratory operations related to paint and maintenance. He was also on the core team of project engineers for any new car part specifications to meet OEM manufacturers required quality value for durability and fit function. Earlier in his career, from 2005 to 2007, he worked as a maintenance mechanic/electrician class 4 with the Teamsters Union at Chromium Corporation.

Mr. Behri's expertise extends beyond manufacturing; he is certified in occupational safety and health administration and mental health. His dedication to continuous improvement and manufacturing production safety has earned him recognition within the industry. He is an active member of the Greater Cleveland Safety Council and the Western Reserve Safety Council at Solon Chamber of Commerce, contributing to his professional development and networking opportunities.

Educationally, Mr. Behri holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry and biology from Universiteti i Shkodrës "Luigj Gurakuqi," which he obtained in 1998. This academic foundation has been pivotal in his understanding of technical processes within the manufacturing sector. His certifications include COSS Certified Occupational Safety Specialist from the Alliance Safety Council and adult mental health first aid USA from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Behri has been actively involved in civic organizations such as Klasik, where he has served as an NGO leader since 1999, and ALB Club Free Student as a board leader from 1995 to 1997. His commitment to community service is further exemplified by his involvement with the Red Cross. He worked in the local press and was editor for the social column at Fjala e Shkoders newspaper, and has contributed to the design of a few book covers for well-known writers and historians in Albania. He was a drama actor at Migeni Theater Albania from 1997 to 2001 and participated in drama festivals in Albania, Montenegro and Bulgaria. Mr Behri is a multilingual individual proficient in English, Albanian and Italian.
