This was preceded by a decade-long tenure at Dignity Health, where she was a quality assurance analyst for four years following her tenure as a training specialist from 2009 to 2012. She initially joined Dignity Health as an admitting supervisor from 2003 to 2009, developing her passion for supporting patients financially and gaining valuable early experience in administrative operations.

She earned a Master of Business Administration in health care administration from The W.A. Franke College of Business at Northern Arizona University in 2025, graduating summa cum laude.
