In her role as a member experience specialist at Neighbors Federal Credit Union, Mrs. Law's responsibilities centered on delivering exceptional customer service and strengthening member relationships. By analyzing accounts and recommending products that best suited members' needs, she provided personalized solutions that built trust and loyalty. Her work resolving complaints in a timely manner and launching a new complaint management system enhanced the overall member experience and streamlined service delivery. Additionally, her data analysis on trends and process improvements ensured the organization could proactively address member concerns, while her support to leadership further reinforced a service-driven culture.
During her career in the credit union industry, Mrs. Law was an active member of the Louisiana Credit Union League (LCUL) Young Professionals Network (YPN), a statewide program designed to cultivate leadership, provide professional development, and create growth opportunities for emerging credit union professionals. In 2019, Mrs. Law was honored with the distinction of being selected to represent the entire state of Louisiana at the Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) in Washington, D.C.—the premier advocacy event for the credit union industry. As the state's delegate, she had the privilege of carrying the Louisiana flag during the opening ceremony, symbolizing the collective voice of Louisiana credit unions on the national stage. While at the conference, she participated in high-level meetings, engaged directly with lawmakers and governmental leaders, and gained firsthand insight into the legislative and regulatory issues impacting financial institutions. This experience not only deepened her understanding of governmental affairs and advocacy but also reinforced her commitment to advancing the mission and values of credit unions.
Mrs. Law's academic background provides a well-rounded foundation for her career in business and client relations. She earned a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from Louisiana State University in 2016, with minors in sociology, communication studies, social work, and fine art. This combination of disciplines uniquely prepared her for success in business communication and customer service—sharpening her ability to understand people, communicate effectively, resolve challenges with empathy, and approach problem-solving with creativity.
