Mr. Woolfson's leadership at the manufacturing company highlights his commitment to renewable energy and his ability to lead teams through complex technical challenges such as the UL certifications process.

Before joining Natron Energy Inc., Mr. Woolfson worked as a contractor at Zero Motorcycles, Cisco Systems Inc., Johnson & Johnson, Bigfoot Biomedical Inc, Renesas, Zoox, and Element Labs. There, he contributed to the development of embedded systems for autonymous vehicles, furthering the adoption of clean transportation technologies.

Mr. Woolfson's extensive background included serving as a senior firmware engineer for numerous other organizations, dating back to 2005, including Caliper Life Sciences (now PerkinElmer), and Imergy Power Systems where he developed batteries and flow battery technology). While serving in this capaciety at Trimble Inc., he contributed significant software development and design to projects including the development of an implement control for agriculture and various tractor implements. Mr. Woolfson's career in the field began as a software engineer, where he held positions with several companies, starting with Aval Communications in 1997. Additionally, he worked as a senior embedded software engineer at Element Labs from 2007 to 2008.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Woolfson received an HND (Higher National Diploma) in electrical and electronic engineering at Napier Polytechnic (now Edinburgh Napier University in Edinburgh) in 1988 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Studies (Software Engineering) and Glasgow Polytechnic (now Glasgow Caledonian University in Glasgow) in 1991.
