Unlike many practitioners who concentrate on autism and developmental delays, Mrs. Goemaere has directed her expertise toward broader applications, particularly in sports performance. She is actively engaged in researching, contacting gyms and schools with sports programs and physical therapy clinics, and presenting proposals to expand the reach of her services. Mrs. Goemaere considers the founding of Goemaere Consulting LLC to be her most significant professional achievement.

In addition to her consulting work, Mrs. Goemaere leads the Zenith Lab, an initiative dedicated to optimizing individual and team outcomes through behavioral science and resiliency training. She is also currently developing the Bravo Zulu Project, a project designed to support veterans as they transition from military to civilian careers. This initiative will provide behavioral coaching, resiliency training and practical life strategies, addressing the limited resources available through military channels and building a reliable support system for service members.

Before establishing her own firm, Mrs. Goemaere served as a board-certified behavior analyst and clinical director at BlueSprig, a mental health care organization dedicated to children with autism, from 2023 to 2024. Concurrently, she was a project lead and research assistant at TeamABA between 2022 and 2024, following an initial period as a volunteer research assistant in 2022.

From 2020 to 2021, Mrs. Goemaere worked as a board-certified behavior analyst at BehaviorSpan and as a board-certified behavior analyst at Mindcolor Autism in 2022. She also served as a clinical manager at Behavioral Health Works Inc. in 2021. Her career dates back to 2016 when she entered the field as a registered behavior therapist at Colorado Behavior and Learning Group.

Outside of clinical practice, Mrs. Goemaere's professional journey included serving as a tennis coach and athletic director at St. Mary's Academy in Englewood, Colorado, between 2022 and 2023.

Mrs. Goemaere's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, completed in 2018, and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in applied behavioral analysis from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, earned in 2020. She has also obtained several certifications that underscore her expertise. Among them, Mrs. Goemaere holds board certification as a behavior analyst through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, credentials in basic life support for health care providers and in adult CPR/AED, infant CPR and first aid through the the American Red Cross Inc., is recognized as a qualified autism services practitioner-supervisor through the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board. She is currently completing her certification as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Beyond her education, Mrs. Goemaere's commitment to professional development is reflected in her active memberships with industry organizations, such as the Behavior Analysis in Health, Sport & Fitness Special Interest Group. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is civically engaged as a catechist with the Catholic Church.

Mrs. Goemaere credits her family, especially her optimistic husband, for their unwavering encouragement throughout her career journey.
