Ms. Stenzel is the president of ICM Insights LLC, a company she originally founded in California approximately a decade ago. After pausing her entrepreneurial pursuits to focus on raising her children, she relaunched ICM Insights in 2024 alongside colleagues similarly engaged in global trade facilitation. Under her leadership, the firm connects U.S. companies with partners in countries in Asia. Before ICM's relaunch, Ms. Pearce Stenzel was the managing director at Mobil Media Institute from 2019 to 2021. In this capacity, she oversaw initiatives at the intersection of mobile content and carriage engaged in by experts from multiple academic perspectives and companies in the diverse world of mobile engagement. The Institute was a joint initiative between the University of Southern California and the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association and was funded by USC, CTIA, and industry sponsors.
Ms. Pearce Stenzel came to the Center for Telecommunications Management (CTM) in the Marshall School of Business at USC when she moved the secretariat for the PECC's Telecom and IT Taskforce (TIIF) to the University in 1999. This initiative utilized the industry and academic connections cemented by the PECC work into a series of senior executive and expert discussions on topics related to mobile commerce promotion domestically and abroad. The representation from the telecommunications, information technology, entertainment, media and gaming communities eventually led to the establishment of the MMI.

She started this work in the US National Committee for PECC (USNCPEC). In this position, she was the director of their Triple-T Taskforce; however, her work focused on bringing U.S. companies into the telecommunications work of PECC and APEC. Her success in the US committee translated into a request to assume the coordination of the international telecommunications taskforce. During the period between 1994 and 2001 the international taskorce was developed beyond its focus on the telecom market to include the information technology endeavors. The TIIF coordinated input from the government, industry and academic representatives from around the Asia-Pacific member economies to further policy and business initiatives.
While employed by the PECC, she chaired and moderated numerous international gatherings, attended APEC meetings and summits, was a delegate to the WTO, AIC, and UNDP forum gatherings, and was one of three individuals nominated by the U.S. Department of State to represent the country at the inaugural Asia Pacific Women Leaders Summit.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Pearce Stenzel was a research fellow at the Economic Strategy Institute from 1991 to 1993 and China programs senior analyst at the International Food Policy Research Institute 1988 -1990.

She was recognized as the first and youngest woman in a top-tier think tank in Washington at the Economic Strategy Institute, became the first woman to chair an international PECC task force, and was selected as the first woman sent by the U.S. government to an Asia-Pacific Leadership Council for Women. Among her most significant accomplishments, however, has been fostering collaboration among Asia Pacific economies on intellectual property rights arrangements. This effort gained momentum through Ms. Pearce Stenzel's early involvement with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, where she was one of its first female representatives.
