He also led AHRQ-funded digital-health pilots as senior research assistant at the Research Foundation for SUNY, integrating HIPAA-compliant telemetry and gamified adherence to support patients and clinicians.

Beyond his professional work, Mr. Khinda is deeply committed to mentorship and community building. He served as a résumé and career coach with the Grow with Google initiative, guiding students and early-career professionals on résumés, interviews, and career transitions. A first-generation professional from Punjab, India, Mr. Khinda earned an M.S. in computer science and engineering (advanced software and information systems) from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a B.Tech. in computer science and engineering from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.
