His ability to communicate effectively has also been instrumental in his success, earning him recognition for his expertise in speaking with people.

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Bocchieri served as an assistant manager at Bob's Discount Furniture from 2022 to 2024. Here, he honed his skills in the furniture industry, building on the experience he gained as a builders division sales project manager and field foreman at Appliances Connection from 2020 to 2022. During this time, he collaborated with contractors and architects on construction sites, facilitating installations and selling appliances.

Mr. Bocchieri's career also includes a notable tenure at The Greenwich Hotel from 2017 to 2020, where he worked as a VIP guest hospitality specialist under the employment of Robert De Niro. However, it was at P.C. Richard & Son that Mr. Bocchieri achieved his most significant career milestone. Over 23 years at the company, he rose through the ranks to become the general manager of their largest flagship location from 2009 to 2017. His leadership was instrumental in attracting new clients and ensuring profitability for the firm.

Educationally, Mr. Bocchieri's journey began with a diploma from James Madison High School in 1988, followed by an associate degree in business and commerce from Kingsborough Community College in 1992. He furthered his education with coursework at trade school in 1993, which laid the foundation for his career in the appliance industry. Later, he obtained a certification in commercial and home air conditioning, refrigeration and appliance maintenance and repair.

Mr. Bocchieri is proud to have taken the time to start his own business, creating unique hot sauces and navigating the complexities of running the company. Through his work, he aims to show others that dedication and perseverance are what lead to success, even in the face of challenges.

In both his personal and professional life, Mr. Bocchieri is driven by perfectionism and a competitive attitude. He also emphasizes hard work and treating others well, values he has instilled in his two children, who are both pursuing higher education in Connecticut. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, running, exercising and exploring the stock market. Although his father passed away in a car accident, he still strives to make his family proud, honoring the memory of his father and their close relationship.

In the upcoming years, Mr. Bocchieri aspires to make MAMBA Hot Sauces a household name by focusing on unique pepper flavors that appeal to diverse palates. He plans to expand his company significantly while supporting initiatives for individuals with cerebral palsy through his businesses, including his other venture, Albelina Management Ltd., inspired by personal connections within his family.
