He previously served as senior consultant at Absolutdata Analytics from 2016 to 2017 and as consultant from 2014 to 2016, roles in which he honed his skills in advanced analytics and data science while supporting key business decisions for life sciences organizations.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kohli was senior business analyst at Inductis (now ExlService Holdings Inc.) in 2014 after serving as business analyst from 2012 to 2013. He began his professional journey as a business analyst at Cognizant from 2010 to 2012, where he first engaged with senior executives in life sciences and advised them on leveraging artificial intelligence and technology to enhance decision-making and optimize treatment delivery.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kohli has demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics and data science, earning recognition for his ability to drive results that improve patient care. His presentations have been showcased in professional galleries, reflecting both his technical acumen and thought leadership within the industry. He is an active speaker at many conferences like Pharmaceutical Management Science Association (PMSA), Reuters PharmaUSA, PharmaSOS, POMs, DSI, etc. further underscoring his commitment to advancing best practices in pharmaceutical analytics.

Mr. Kohli's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and communication from Maharshi Dayanand University in Rohtak, completed in 2010. This rigorous education provided him with a strong analytical background that has supported his success across various roles in health care analytics.
