Leveraging more than a decade of expertise in workforce and leadership development, Ms. Ramos serves as Senior Manager of Talent Development for the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC), one of the largest Tribal health organizations in the United States. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities, empower employees, and foster career growth across the Alaska Tribal Health System. With a focus on professional development and workforce retention, she has expanded ANTHC's leadership programs beyond the organization, creating lasting pathways for leadership and workforce growth across Tribal Health Organizations statewide.

Ms. Ramos discovered her path into learning and leadership development after a Microsoft Excel course, where an instructor recognized her potential and encouraged her to consider a career in training. She has since focused on helping people grow and strengthening organizational capacity.

Building on her passion for travel, Ms. Ramos also co-founded Exploring Earth Together, a premium small-group travel company launched in 2024. As co-founder, she curates immersive journeys to Belize that highlight Mayan heritage, rainforest exploration, and reef snorkeling while connecting travelers with local communities and traditions. The company reflects her vision of creating meaningful, well-designed experiences that bring people closer to the world and to each other.

In addition to her professional roles, Ms. Ramos serves on the Alaska Pacific University ANELP Steering Committee. Within ANTHC, she contributes as a member of the Research Consultation Committee and co-creator of the Alaska Native Workforce Development Committee. She is also a member of the Association for Talent Development, staying connected to global best practices in leadership and workforce development.

Ms. Ramos is the third generation in her family to earn a master's degree, continuing a tradition of academic achievement and leadership. She holds an MBA in Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, and a BA in Communication from Southern New Hampshire University. She was also inducted into Alpha Sigma Nu, the international Jesuit honor society, and remains active with alumni networks at both Southern New Hampshire University and Gonzaga University.
