Mr. Bondarchuk serves as director and owner of WBA Basketball, a nonprofit organization he established in 2020. Under his leadership, WBA Basketball has evolved from a youth training initiative into a comprehensive program featuring an average of 15 teams. The organization directly engages approximately 160 young athletes, with an additional 85 participants involved in training and community outreach activities. WBA Basketball primarily serves students from fourth grade through high school, while also welcoming advanced third graders. The program is dedicated to fostering leadership, community involvement and life skills among youth, emphasizing decision-making and resilience in the face of challenges. Mr. Bondarchuk's vision for WBA Basketball is rooted in his own experiences growing up in a single-parent household, where basketball provided therapeutic value and opened doors to new opportunities. Motivated by the positive impact sports had on his life, he remains committed to helping young people benefit from similar experiences.

In addition to his work with WBA Basketball, Mr. Bondarchuk is also the owner of Varsity Roofing and Home Construction, which he founded in 2020. He manages the majority of the company's projects, personally completing approximately 85 percent of the work. He is supported by three contractors and two part-time, on-call workers. Through this venture, Mr. Bondarchuk has demonstrated his ability to multitask and leverage his skills and network to build a thriving business without the benefit of a four-year college degree, a professional milestone he regards as one of his most significant achievements.

Mr. Bondarchuk is an active member of the Amateur Athletic Union, reflecting his ongoing commitment to youth athletics and community engagement.

Formative influences and personal determination have shaped his professional journey. Raised by a hardworking single mother, Mr. Bondarchuk credits her example for instilling a strong work ethic. His brother's encouragement and positivity further motivated him to persevere, while supportive teachers inspired him to remain dedicated and optimistic about his future prospects. Lacking an early role model compelled Mr. Bondarchuk to navigate challenges independently, ultimately fueling his drive for success.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Bondarchuk maintains strong ties to civic-minded organizations throughout the region. He is a supporter of Lord's Little Cookers and Men's Mission in Everett, Washington, as well as Toys for Tots. He donates time and resources as a volunteer with the Young Women's Christian Association and serves as a tournament host for Veterans Day Tournament events benefiting Wounded Warriors.

In his personal life, Mr. Bondarchuk enjoys supporting his son at games and events, spending quality time with family, working on cars, building projects at home and cooking. Looking ahead, he aspires for WBA Basketball to become one of the top-ranked programs in Washington State and for its athletes to achieve broader recognition at regional or semi-national levels. For Varsity Roofing and Home Construction, he envisions continued growth that will allow him to expand his team and devote more time to family pursuits.
