UNION CITY, NJ, October 03, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Nate Hudson has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Hudson's professional journey is marked by a blend of entrepreneurial drive, commitment to inclusion and diversity and a passion for leveraging technology and sustainability in real estate. Raised in Austria, his early experiences performing at the Vienna Volksoper from 2005 to 2009 instilled in him an appreciation for the arts and an early understanding of financial responsibility. By the age of 8, Mr. Hudson was already learning to budget his earnings, lessons that would shape his approach to both business and personal growth.

During his formative years in Vienna, Mr. Hudson also worked weekends at a grocery store, Merkur Warenhandels, AG from 2012 to 2013, gaining firsthand experience in customer service and retail operations. His entrepreneurial spirit emerged in high school when he launched an English tutoring business, reinforcing his desire to build a career with meaningful impact by growing and enriching others.

Upon relocating to the United States to pursue a degree in accounting at Bob Jones University (BJU), Mr. Hudson devoted himself to his studies and leadership positions, including serving as BJU student body president. Concurrently, Mr. Hudson continued his professional career as a poll manager with the South Carolina Election Commission from 2014 to 2020, where he developed organizational and leadership skills. During this time, he also served as a VIP representative and crew chief at BJU Press from 2014 to 2017 as well as a writing coach at the BJU Academic Resource Center from 2014 to 2015.

Mr. Hudson's entry into the corporate world began with KPMG LLP as a global audit intern in Greenville, South Carolina and Stockholm, Sweden in 2016. He quickly advanced to audit associate in Greenville from 2017 to 2019, where he was one of only two individuals selected directly out of his undergraduate program. His aptitude for complex problem-solving led him to transition toward consulting-focused projects within auditing. In 2019, he was promoted to senior associate in audit and M&A advisory at KPMG LLP in Washington, D.C., joining the firm's specialized consulting team focused on high-stakes mergers and acquisitions consulting for major Fortune 100 companies.

During his tenure at KPMG, Mr. Hudson made significant contributions beyond client engagements. He joined the national Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee, helping to bring awareness and events to smaller offices with limited diversity initiatives.

The onset of COVID-19 disrupted the mergers and acquisitions space in the market, prompting Mr. Hudson to continue to push for new growth and career development in other areas. He pursued a deeper connection to real estate, a field he had already explored by flipping his first property during his early years at KPMG. Recognizing greater potential in this sector, Mr. Hudson co-founded HGC Realty Group from 2020 to 2023, where he led efforts that resulted in three successful single-family projects within the first year.

Simultaneously, Mr. Hudson joined Zillow as a senior accountant in Seattle from 2020 to 2021. Attracted by Zillow's innovative approach to real estate technology, he gained valuable exposure to both operational and technological aspects of the industry. After one year, seeking more dynamic growth opportunities, he transitioned back into consulting as a senior associate in strategy and transactions advisory with Ernst & Young in New York City from 2021 to 2022. There, Mr. Hudson focused on sell-side due diligence for mergers and acquisitions but ultimately sought roles with a broader scope.

In pursuit of deeper expertise in real estate and sustainability, Mr. Hudson enrolled at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, earning a Master of Business Administration with specializations in real estate and sustainable business and innovation in 2024. During his studies, he was elected student government president and significantly expanded inclusion and diversity initiatives, achieving record-breaking event attendance. Mr. Hudson also competed in and won multiple case competitions focused on sustainability and real estate.

Following completion of his graduate studies, Mr. Hudson joined McKinsey & Company in New York as an associate consultant in 2024 and emerging engagement manager in 2025. At McKinsey, he shapes strategic initiatives for clients across real estate, finance and AI sectors, manages client-facing teams, and enjoys thought-partnering with C-suite executives, among other responsibilities. Mr. Hudson's commitment to inclusion continues through his active involvement with McKinsey's LGBTQ+ network, Equal, as well as his role as LGBTQ+ chair for the New York University Alumni Association.

Mr. Hudson holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Bob Jones University, awarded in 2017 with multiple scholarships, and an MBA in sustainable business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, completed in 2024. His professional credentials include obtaining his CPA in South Carolina as well as other specialized training in areas such as big data analytics, sustainability strategies and real estate contracts through recognized platforms like the Corporate Finance Institute and LinkedIn. Furthermore, Mr. Hudson is certified in French language proficiency from Paris-Sorbonne Université and holds a certificate in French language and international teamwork and communication from Université Catholique de Lille, among others.

Mr. Hudson's civic engagement have included serving as coach and supporter for early-access programs at McKinsey & Company; donor to the New York University Scholarship Fund; New York University's LGBTQ+ alumni council chair; independent fundraiser for United Cerebral Palsy in Greenville; committee member for inclusion and diversity at KPMG LLP; volunteer counselor for The Trevor Project supporting LGBTQ+ youth; member of the Urban Land Institute, and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Throughout his career progression, from early roles as an actor-singer at the Vienna State Opera to leadership positions at global firms, Mr. Hudson has attributed much of his success to mentorship that provided crucial guidance during pivotal moments. He emphasizes that tenacity has been central to his journey, noting that his achievements stem in no small part from the support he received from great mentors—often including friends and loved ones.

Born in Concord, Mr. Hudson enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, spending time with his husband and dog and flipping houses outside of work. At this stage of his career, he is dedicated to broadening his expertise and remains committed to making a meaningful impact within real estate and technology. Mr. Hudson's focus includes improving housing opportunities, developing sustainable building materials, reducing portfolio emissions, contributing to improving community interconnectivity, and smart city development.
