From 2021 to 2025, she was a health care manager specializing in client relationship management. In this role, she managed both commercial and Medicare lines of business for the UAW Retiree Benefit Trust, serving as a liaison between external vendors and the organization's primary customer, the United Auto Workers. Her responsibilities included overseeing regulatory appeals and managing Disability Income Funds.

From 2017 to 2021, Mrs. Treadway served as a health care manager focused on vendor relationship management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. During this period, she developed and implemented large-scale vendor programs such as the Durable Medical Equipment Program in partnership with Quest Diagnostics and Joint Venture. This initiative resulted in significant cost savings for the company, including a $9 million reduction in expenses—a milestone she considers one of her most significant professional achievements.

Between 2012 and 2017, Mrs. Treadway was a senior health care analyst within government programs and ancillary provider contracting at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. She developed and managed Medicare Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services audits and Medicaid programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Mrs. Treadway's earlier experience includes her tenure as a senior consultant for revenue cycle strategy and financial performance at Accretive Health Inc. from 2011 to 2012. In this capacity, she consulted on revenue cycle management for hospitals across metropolitan southeast Michigan, working closely with chief executive officers and chief operating officers to monitor and stabilize revenue streams. Her career began as a medical biller before advancing to practice management in otolaryngology, where she oversaw the revenue cycle for nine surgeons specializing in ear, nose and throat services.

Mrs. Treadway is an active member of several professional organizations that reflect her dedication to leadership development and career advancement within the health care sector. Mrs. Treadway earned a Master of Business Administration in health care administration and management from Central Michigan University in 2012, a personal milestone she regards as her proudest achievement. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in health care administration and management from Northwood University, completed in 2008. Further enhancing her credentials, she obtained graduate certification in strategic sourcing, strategic supply management and supply chain management from Michigan State University in 2017.

The family often retreats to their cottage in the Upper Peninsula of northern Michigan for relaxation.
