Mr. Ingraham served as the director of catering and convention services at Our Lucaya Beach and Golf Resort, a joint venture of Westin and Sheraton, from 2004 to 2006, where he excelled in managing large-scale events and conventions. His career also included a tenure as regional director of sales and marketing for casino marketing at Royal Oasis Golf Resort & Casino (Crowne Plaza and SunSpree Resort) between 2000 and 2004. Mr. Ingraham's earlier roles included general manager at Holiday Inn Junkanoo Beach Hotel (Driftwood Hospitality) from 1995 and 2000 and regional director of sales and marketing at Royal Oasis Golf Resort & Casino (Crowne Plaza and SunSpree Resort) from 1990 to 1995.

Mr. Ingraham's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Hampton University in 1988 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami in 1992. His education has been instrumental in shaping his career, providing him with a strong foundation in business principles that have contributed to his success in the hospitality industry.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Ingraham is a member of several professional organizations, including Leading Planners, the International Society of Incentive Travel Executives and the Bahamas Out Island Promotion Board. He is actively involved in his community, mainly through his church, Suncoast Church of Christ.
