Since 2023, he has served as chief executive officer and chief flight nurse at RN MEDflights LLC, where he oversees operations and clinical standards for air medical transport. In this capacity, he draws upon his extensive expertise in critical care to ensure the highest level of service and safety for patients requiring urgent medical evacuation.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Brinsley was a flight nurse with two medical escort companies from 2020 to 2023. During this period, he provided advanced in-flight medical care for patients traveling nationally and internationally, demonstrating adaptability and clinical acumen in diverse environments for the preceding four years.

Concurrently, Mr. Brinsley worked as an intensive care nurse with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions in San Antonio from 2018 to 2021. His responsibilities included managing complex cases in high-acuity settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and delivering evidence-based interventions for critically ill patients. In 2020, he served on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic as a member of the critical care COVID unit at Cross Country Healthcare, providing life-saving interventions during the unprecedented public health crisis.

That same year, Mr. Brinsley worked as a COVID-19 intensive care nurse with Loyal Source Government Services in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he supported government healthcare initiatives and delivered specialized care to vulnerable populations. He also held a two-year tenure as a post-anesthesia care nurse at Medely.

Mr. Brinsley's professional journey is deeply rooted in his military service, from which he retired as a United States Army Major. He served as critical care nurse manager at the United States Army Institute of Surgical Research Burn Progressive Care Unit from 2017 to 2018, where he led teams caring for severely injured service members. As a patient movement clinical coordinator for United States Aeromedical Evacuation under US Transportation Command from 2014 to 2017, he coordinated complex patient transfers across global theaters of operation. Prior to this, he served as a critical care nurse manager at the Evans Army Community Hospital Intensive Care Unit in Fort Carson, Colorado. Throughout his military career, he played a pivotal role in saving thousands of lives in Iraq and Afghanistan, a professional achievement that stands out as one of his proudest accomplishments. In recognition of his exemplary service, he received the Joint Meritorious Service Medal and the Army Meritorious Service Medal.

Academically, Mr. Brinsley holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the American Sentinel College, earned in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hampton University, completed in 2006. He is also a certified critical care registered nurse and graduate of the Flight Nurse and Aeromedical Technician Course at the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM), is recognized as an expert in critical care nursing, and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
