With VV Health, she designs and delivers customized private-label supplement formulas and empowers practitioners with everything from product development to branding, e-commerce, and digital marketing tools. Her entrepreneurial spirit is deeply rooted. Before VV Health, Ms. Rondinelli launched VV Digital Content LLC, where she spent nearly a decade helping businesses thrive through innovative digital strategies. She also made her mark in the corporate world as Digital Commerce & Capabilities Manager at Haleon, where she spearheaded e-commerce growth and digital transformation initiatives in Puerto Rico. Earlier roles at Banco Popular, BBDO, and De La Cruz gave her a strong foundation in digital strategy, advertising, and user experience.

A lifelong learner, Ms. Rondinelli holds an MBA in Marketing, a BBA in Advertising (magna cum laude), and certifications from Cornell, Georgia Tech, the NeuroLeadership Institute, Toyota, and Maxwell Leadership. Each milestone has added fuel to her mission: to make health more accessible, preventative, and empowering for communities.

Inspired by her family, spirituality, and an unshakable belief in purpose-driven work, she is now exploring the creation of a nonprofit initiative through VV Health to educate people on supplementation, nutrition, and wellness habits. Looking ahead, she envisions building a community that champions holistic health across Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and Latin America—changing perceptions around preventive medicine and aging with vitality.

When she's not driving innovation, Ms. Rondinelli channels her creativity into poetry and painting, sharing stories that, much like her professional work, aim to uplift and inspire.
