She also held roles in the luxury and hospitality sectors, including contributions to Prestige Luxury Auto Rentals in sales, marketing, and business development (2012), Concierge at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Miami (2008–2010), and Chief Concierge at Regent South Beach (2006–2008). She began her career as an inventory manager with Maroone Nissan, part of Auto Nation, in 2005, where she developed the organizational and operational skills that would serve as a foundation for her later leadership roles.

Ms. Gonzalez is widely regarded for her creativity, ability to think outside the box, and talent for forging meaningful connections—all of which distinguish her as a leader in the luxury lifestyle space. She holds an associate degree in psychology from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua (2008), which has informed her empathetic and community-centered approach to service.
