There, she managed the Government of Canada, the company's largest account, totaling $2.5 million in business. She collaborated with the product team to advocate for enhancements and fixes required by major clients and played an instrumental role in creating the business review document template used by her team. This initiative enabled more effective partnerships with executives and directors across managed organizations.

Prior to her role at Hyland , from 2019 to 2021, Ms. Strachan worked as a customer success representative at Foxit Software Incorporated. There, she managed the Government of Canada, the company's largest account, totaling $2.5 million in business. She collaborated with the product team to advocate for enhancements, provided training, and played an instrumental role in creating the business review document template used by her team. This initiative enabled more effective partnerships with executives and directors across managed organizations. In addition to this work, Ms. Strachan oversaw several enterprise accounts in the United States and partnered with marketing to develop case studies highlighting customer successes. Her ability to identify upsell opportunities through understanding client needs enabled her to meet quotas within six months.

Ms. Strachan's earliest professional experiences shaped her customer-first approach. From 2018 to 2019, she served as a Customer Success Associate at INAP, where she partnered closely with internal teams to drive customer growth, successfully onboarding 70 SMB clients and sustaining a willingness to recommend score above 88% across her book of business. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, she was a Customer Advocate at American Fidelity, where she focused on proactively addressing client concerns and fostering strong relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Throughout her career, Ms. Strachan has been most proud of her ability to identify organizational gaps and foster cross-functional collaboration on behalf of customers. She has consistently taken initiative to work directly with senior leadership and product teams, often bridging silos within departments, to advocate for client needs and drive retention. Looking ahead, she aspires to move into leadership within Customer Success, where she can mentor and develop the next generation of customer success managers.

Outside her direct career responsibilities, Ms. Strachan is also deeply engaged in professional communities. She is an active member of several organizations, including the American Counseling Association, and Toastmasters International. Her involvement with Toastmasters International reflects her ongoing commitment to honing her public speaking skills, a pursuit she practiced intensively during her time in Oklahoma.

Ms. Strachan's educational achievements provide further foundation for her success. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in international business from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2012. Her degree along with her work experience have equipped her with strong skills in business, communication, and customer success management.

In addition to her degree, Ms. Strachan has pursued targeted professional development, including Reimagining the Customer Experience with Generative AI in 2025 and Making Difficult Conversations Meaningful a year earlier. She holds technical certifications from Hyland, including Certified Perceptive Content Administrator Associate and Certified OnBase Administrator Associate, as well as customer success credentials from Gainsight. Ms. Strachan has also completed LinkedIn courses in value realization, engagement preparation, customer experience and sales-focused customer success, further enhancing her strategic client management skills.

Beyond her career, Ms. Strachan is dedicated to civic engagement and personal growth. She volunteers at Impact Church and channels her creativity into writing. In 2022, she independently published "Evolving: Finding the Light Within," a book that chronicles her healing journey while exploring themes of letting go, embracing self-love, resilience, and transformation. To support readers on their own paths, she integrated practical reflection tools designed to spark personal insight and growth.

Ms. Strachan attributes her success to the unwavering support of her family and close friends, who have encouraged her despite geographical distance. She also credits God as a significant influence on her life and emphasizes the importance of reflection in learning from setbacks. This foundation of faith, resilience, and support has been reflected in the recognition she has received, including the EmpowerEd Scholarship, the 2025 President's Club Award and her inclusion on the Dean's List at the University of Central Oklahoma.

Born in Nassau, Bahamas, Ms. Strachan enjoys writing, creating motivational videos, traveling, exercising, and spending time outdoors through walking, hiking, and immersing herself in nature. Currently, she is pursuing a master's degree in clinical mental health envisioning the possibility of opening a private practice in trauma and addiction recovery later in her career. Passionate about mental health and supporting individuals affected by trauma, she is committed to making a meaningful impact through this work.
