Her expertise as a private and personal chef is rooted in a lifelong passion for cooking and baking, inspired by her upbringing with her paternal grandmother. This passion led Ms. Greene to attend training and culinary classes with the American Private and Personal Chefs Association in 2000, after which she began preparing meals for individuals and celebrities.

Ms. Greene's professional journey also includes serving as executive assistant to the founder at C-Suite for Christ in 2024, where she contributed to organizational operations and outreach initiatives. Additionally, she was involved part-time with Fishers of Men at C-Suite for Christ during the same year.

From 2000 to 2023, Ms. Greene owned Southern Comfort Food, where she provided catering services and developed a reputation for quality cuisine rooted in Southern traditions. She also operated Southern Comfort Café in Beckley, West Virginia, from 2016 to 2018, managing daily operations and menu development.

Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, Ms. Greene built an extensive career in the insurance industry spanning nearly two decades. She worked as an auto appraiser at USAA Auto Insurance in Maryland from 2009 to 2011 and served as a total loss manager at Nationwide in Glen Burnie from 2008 to 2009. From 2003 to 2008, she was an auto appraiser with Maryland Auto Insurance Fund in Annapolis.

Ms. Greene's earlier experience included a decade-long tenure as an auto insurance claims and estimatics manager at State Farm from 1992 to 2003, where she earned numerous sales and leadership awards during the mid-1990s through the early 2000s. Her professional foundation began as a retail manager at JCPenney in Charleston, West Virginia, from 1988 to 1992.

Beyond her professional roles, Ms. Greene's achievements have garnered recognition beyond her immediate professional circles. She was featured in The Baltimore Sun for her contributions as a chef and entrepreneur. In addition, she is a member of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her commitment to business development within her community.

Ms. Greene's academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in management from Concord University in 1987. She is currently pursuing coursework toward a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry at Regent University, furthering her dedication to faith-based leadership and service. Complementing her academic achievements, she holds several professional credentials, including certification as a ServSafe Manager through the ServSafe National Restaurant Association, an Associate in Claims designation from the Insurance Institute of America and recognition as a Certified Professional Food Manager.

Civic engagement is central to Ms. Greene's life. She is an active supporter of United Way and the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Her volunteerism includes facilitating women's Bible studies and participating in back-to-school events that benefit local youth. Notably, her leadership has been recognized by Black Leaders Worldwide as a Women to Watch honoree for both 2024 and 2025.

Reflecting on her career, Ms. Greene attributes her success to her faith in God and the influence of her paternal grandmother, who instilled values of decency and hard work that continue to guide her endeavors.
