Before joining Clearway Energy Group LLC, Ms. Jackson held the position of Human Resources Administrator and Administrative Assistant at AES Wind Generation from 2006 to 2018. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in supporting both administrative and human resources functions. Ms. Jackson's tenure at AES Wind Generation solidified her expertise in managing complex office environments and adapting to evolving organizational needs.

Ms. Jackson began her professional journey at Zond Energy Systems in Tehachapi, California, in 1998, where she worked within the engineering department. As the company transitioned through acquisitions by Enron and later GE Wind, she advanced from Administrative Assistant to Executive Assistant for the Chief Operating Officer of Enron. When GE closed its offices, Ms. Jackson leveraged her experience to secure an administrative human resources role at AES Wind Generation, where she remained for over a decade until those offices were also sold. After a brief hiatus from the workforce, she sought a new opportunity that aligned with her skills and joined Clearway Energy Group LLC as a Renewable Site Administrator.

Ms. Jackson's educational background includes a diploma from Arvin High School in Arvin, California, and coursework at Lufkins Business College. She also earned Lean Six Sigma certification, and is Green Belt Certified.

Throughout her career, Ms. Jackson has been an active member of The Women's Club of Bakersfield, reflecting her commitment to professional development and industry engagement. She has also been deeply involved in civic initiatives through company-sponsored charities. Ms. Jackson and her team regularly support local communities by donating to schools and organizations throughout California. Notably, they have provided backpacks for students in Avenal and are organizing a $5,000 donation for a school in Santa Margarita. Each year, they also contribute to the California Valley Community Services District in Santa Margarita, participating in holiday events and community cleanups.
